In very rare instances involving special orders and specialized materials have we accepted some form of deposit to secure commitment from the client. However, for regular fence, deck, pergola or gazebo projects we have never accepted a deposit to begin the work and we never will!

Depending on weather, size and complexity of projects, you are looking at less than a week's time for a simple fence or deck (including clean up) and up to a month for massive and extremely complex projects where attention to detail is a must!
